HOME GIFT CARD & E-GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all physical gift cards and e-gift cards issued by HOME, Primrose Hill.

1. Validity
– Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
– After expiry, any unused balance will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed.

2. Usage
– Gift cards (both physical and digital) can be redeemed at:

– Gift cards may be used for:
Yoga and Pilates classes
Treatments
Workshops
In-studio retail purchases
Gift cards cannot be used to pay for monthly or annual memberships.

3. Non-Refundable & No Cash Exchange
– Gift cards are non-refundable
– They cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
– No change will be given

4. Partial Redemption & Balance
– If the full value is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card.
– Customers may request the current balance:
In-centre
Via the HOME app
By contacting us at [email protected] (using your registered email)

5. Purchases & Returns
– Gift cards may be used toward purchases of a higher value than the card’s balance, with the difference paid by the customer.
– If a product or service purchased with a gift card is later:
Exchanged for something of lower value, the difference will be reapplied to the gift card
Refunded, the refund will be returned to the gift card balance (no cash refunds)

6. Top-ups
– Gift cards cannot be topped up once issued
– For e-gift cards, the balance is transferred to your HOME account upon activation

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Gift cards should be treated as cash
– HOME is not liable for lost, stolen, deleted, or damaged gift cards

8. Amendments
– HOME reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
– In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or other exceptional circumstances, HOME may cancel a gift card at its discretion.
– This does not affect your statutory rights.
