
Sterre Catz
Sterre loves movement, believing it’s one of the most reliable routes to feeling better.
Driven by a curiosity for human health and wellbeing, Sterre has explored perspectives from science, mindfulness, yoga and Pilates. Along the way, she has completed a Mat and Reformer Pilates qualification, a bachelor’s in molecular biology, a master’s in nutrition, over 500 hours of yoga training and is currently moving towards a fully comprehensive Basi Pilates certification.
Sterre’s classes mix traditional and contemporary Pilates, blending them into a challenging and uplifting experience, which builds both strength and mobility. Expect a wide-ranging playlist, clear guidance and a strong infusion of the Pilates principles.
Outside of the studio Sterre loves drawing, painting, reading and the seaside (sunny or stormy).
