We invite you to a heart-opening ceremony to deepen your experience of receiving, giving and being love. Led by Ayala Gill, Lucidia Morgan and Rafael Angulo, you will be nourished by a delicious vegan organic cacao elixir, soothed with restorative yoga, serenaded by harp, guitar, heart-healing songs and mantra, and guided into stillness with meditation. We end by uniting our hearts as a community as we bring our voices together with chants of gratitude and devotion. Open to all – no prior experience necessary.
While cacao is good for most people, anyone who is on medication or has a health condition should inform Lucidia and consult their health practitioner prior to booking to find out if a strong dose of cacao is advisable for them. Please bring a bottle of water.
AYALA GILL
Ayala’s guiding principle is love. She has been committed to a path of yoga, meditation, spiritual awakening and emotional healing since her early twenties. Ayala has been teaching since 1997 and is certified to teach Iyengar Yoga, Insight Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and the teachings of the Buddha (or dharma). She is passionate about living a life aligned with love, and counts the natural world, everyday life and intimate relationships amongst her greatest teachers. She teaches silent yoga, meditation and nature immersion retreats around the world which bring us home to the heart of love.
LUCIDIA MORGAN
Lucidia is a singer/songwriter/poet and sings healing music and mantra as prayer. She has sat in ceremony and sweat lodge with the indigenous of North America and the Amazonian people of Peru and Brasil and has been learning their healing and shamanic ways. She has been working with cacao and other medicinal plants for the last 20 years. She has been a healer and massage therapist for over 30 years and practices intuitive therapeutic bodywork here at HOME. Lucidia and Rafael have been holding an online daily mantra club on zoom for the last 5 years.
RAFAEL ANGULO
Rafael is a musician/singer/songwriter from Valencia, Spain. He has been playing music in ceremony and on retreats for nearly 20 years. He holds a degree in Jazz Performance, specialising in guitar. He has been spending time with the Shipibo tribe of Peru, learning their ceremonial music and healing traditions. He has been running cacao ceremonies with Lucidia since 2010. He is a training psychosynthesis counsellor.
