WITH AKI OMORI
As we approach the end of the year, many of us notice parts of ourselves feeling worn down or overwhelmed after doing our best to meet the demands of each day, each month, and the year as a whole. Your body, mind and spirit all deserve skilled, loving attention.
Give yourself the gift of this restorative workshop as a way to honour your efforts and replenish your inner resources.
Through guided somatic and restorative practices, you will gently calm your nervous system, restore your capacity, and reconnect with your sense of wholeness.
Restore and feel your life-force so you can enter the holiday season, and the new year, with more ease, clarity and vitality as your full self.
