    FRIDAY 21ST NOVEMBER
    7.30PM – 9.30PM

“To breathe consciously is to become utterly present, right here, right now. It is a way to gain true mastery over the mind."
    Carolyn Cowan

Join trauma therapist, and Kundalini Global Yoga founder, Carolyn Cowan, for a two-hour workshop exploring the transformative power of the breath.

No previous experience of breathwork is required. This workshop will include:

    –  A talk that frames the benefits of breathwork through the lens of applied neuroscience and trauma studies.
    –  Stretching to aid in the maximal potential of breathwork on the body and mind.
    –  A diverse range of breathwork and pranayama practices.
    –  A Q&A.

Please note: this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.

Carolyn Cowan has been teaching yoga for almost 30 years. She uses a range of breathwork practices at the start of every single class.

She chooses to do this because of how quickly the breath brings change.

When walking through any kind of difficult landscape within yourself, this is key.

Carolyn has long been fascinated by how the breath allows us to master ourselves.

In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to understand the why and how of this self-mastery.

Carolyn will walk you through a broad range of breath practices and gift you with a huge number of tools for taking yourself to altered states of being.
