QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR FAR-INFRARED SAUNA
-
Loose-fitting, lightweight, breathable clothing such as cotton, linen or bamboo works well.

If you’re new to saunas, start with 10 minutes and gradually build up the length of your session as your body becomes acclimatised. Experienced users stay comfortably for 30 minutes if they are well hydrated. However, as always, listen to your body and come out when you feel you need to. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please check with your doctor.
