  • RESTORATIVE YOGA: A MINDFUL PRACTICE TO CULTIVATE DEEP PRESENCE

    SUNDAY 02ND NOVEMBER
    2.00PM – 4.00PM

    £40 IN STUDIO / £32 LIVESTREAM

    "The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice.
    And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice,
    there is little we can do to change;
    until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds."
    — R.D. Laing

    In this workshop, we will explore how intentional stillness and supported rest, paired with mindful awareness, breathwork, meditation and periods of silence, can help regulate the nervous system, soothe the busy mind and cultivate deep presence.

    Together, we’ll create space to be curious and attentive to the subtle layers of experience often overlooked in daily life. As the body softens and the breath slows, we’ll gently explore where we are holding on and what it means to ungrip – physically, mentally, and emotionally – and allow ourselves to let go fully and rest deeply.

    Open to all levels, this workshop offers a safe and compassionate environment to restore, reflect and reconnect with your quieter, spacious self.
